Jiujitsu practice will be starting on wednesday at 3:30 @ the Landmark center and will go till about 4:30. Please bring normal fitting clothes. No skinny jeans, low cut shirts, and if possible no buttons or zippers. our first practice will be mostly discussing scheduals so dont stress too much over uniform. If this time dose not work for you come talk to me at school. Looking forward to a fun season of chokes and triangles!
